I help tech companies develop early career employees who show up strong, grow with purpose, and stick around.

Early-career development, built for tech

After nearly two decades in corporate roles across Human Resources, Learning & Development, Community Engagement, and more, I founded TaberNext to focus on the part of work I've always loved most: early career talent development.

Today, I partner with tech companies to deliver practical, human-centered learning experiences that build foundational leadership skills — so early career employees contribute faster, collaborate better, and stay engaged for the long haul.

Why I do this work

My passion for early career development started when I built a rotational program for recent college grads. I saw what happens when companies make intentional investments early: early career employees bring curiosity and drive. They thrive when they have the foundation to navigate real work, relationships, and expectations.

What I bring to every client engagement

Clarity and care. I speak truth kindly and directly to drive growth.
Energized action. I help early career move from insight to impact.
Systems thinking. I connect the dots between your goals, people, and culture.
A touch of humor. Learning should be meaningful—and a little fun.

Credentials and experience

Over the last decade-plus, I've built and delivered learning experiences, led L&D programs and DEI strategy, and facilitated hundreds of hours of training and workshops. I've also earned coaching credentials through Seattle Coach and iPEC. In 2024, I brought it all together in founding TaberNext, based in Denver and supporting companies nationwide.

Let’s connect
